What brings you joy? It’s our last day. Day 24 o What brings you joy?

It’s our last day. Day 24 of the Founder’s Advent Calendar. 🎄

Today’s message is simple and the most important.

Find the small moments of joy and connect with them. The more we bring awareness to the joyful moments, the more we expand that joyfulness into all areas of our life.

Your challenge today - take 10 mins and write down the small everyday things that bring you joy. Keep that list with you throughout 2026.

Please share in the comments what small things bring you joy. ☺️

Thank you so much for the connections and messages over the last 24 days. I’m so happy that the advent calendar brought joy to others.

Wishing you all a very happy holiday season and let’s make 2026 the best year ever! ❤️
What are you reading? Day 23 of the Founder Adven What are you reading?

Day 23 of the Founder Advent Calendar. 🎄

This week we’ve been talking about how to take care of yourself, and for me, one of the kindest things I can do for my own restoration is to step away from the screens and pick up a physical book.

There is something fulfilling about entering into the thoughts and stories created by other people. It builds new pathways in the brain, introduces us to new ideas, new places, and lets us discover new things about ourselves.

I have also discovered an unexpected professional return. When I read more literature, I write better.

I notice it immediately when I read more. My communication is sharper. I can structure sentences better. I can find the exact right word I need, because I’ve been spending time immersed in well-crafted language.

So, my challenge to you for 2026 is simple: Read more. (I’m enamoured with The Overstory by Richard Power)

Give yourself the gift of that time. Put down the phone and pick up a book.

👇 Advent Calendar Challenge: 👇
I am building my reading list for next year. Drop a comment below with one of your favorite books of all time. I’m really curious to see what you are reading.
