She has excelled in roles where she provided legal counsel on promotions, terminations, disability management, performance management, workers’ compensation issues, and arbitration, and played a critical role in bargaining and policy development.

Elena attended Western University Law School, where she was awarded the Diana Majury-Cheryl Waldrum Award. She was called to the bar in Ontario and British Columbia. Prior to attending law school, Elena completed her undergraduate studies at York University.
