My focus is proactive guidance. I help clients address root causes and resolve issues before they escalate into major disputes. When workplace conflicts or crises do happen, I work directly with leadership to manage the situation and restore stability.

I am a sought-after workplace investigator, known for creating a process that allows each person to tell their side of the story. I regularly receive feedback, including from respondents to allegations, that they appreciated how comfortable I made them feel during a stressful time. I have conducted investigations in many different organizations, including government institutions, municipal bodies, Crown corporations, professional organizations, Big Five banks, multinational corporations, and start-ups and growing businesses. I have extensive experience investigating allegations against and between C-suite executives. I rely on my executive HR experience to understand how the investigation process affects the operations of your organization, and design the process to work in your environment, while always remaining thorough and impartial. 

I started my legal career in employment and labour law at Heenan Blaikie and Norton Rose Fulbright, two national law firms, where my practice focused on resolving complex disputes. I then spent over 10 years in senior and executive HR roles across corporate and unionized environments before returning to private practice and entering the world of HR and labour relations consulting. 

I graduated as the Silver Medalist from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2013 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2014. Before law school, I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto.
