Ted started his legal career in two of Canada’s most respected national and global law firms, where he gained comprehensive experience in employment and labour law. His counsel spanned the spectrum of workplace matters, from crafting robust workplace policies, processes and strategies, to resolving complex disputes.
Driven by a genuine passion for nurturing positive workplaces, Ted transitioned to inhouse human resources and labour relations. He held management positions in diverse organizations, ranging from large corporations to intricate unionized environments. Before returning to the legal profession, Ted culminated the in-house human resources management chapter of his career as a Vice-President of Employee & Labour Relations, during which time he gained additional valuable experience in guiding senior management, achieving workplace restoration and improved employee relations, navigating crisis situations, and spearheading organizational change and evolution.
Ted graduated with distinction as the Silver Medalist from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law, in 2013, and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2014. Prior to attending law school, Ted completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto, Trinity College where he majored in Criminology, and minored in Sociology and Classical Civilization.
